1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty for Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Once your return request is approved, you'll be responsible for shipping the faulty product back to us at your own expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll send you a replacement of the same product free of cost, including shipping fees. But be sure that product will not be damaged or spoiled.
Spolied or damged products will not be returned.
2. Restocking Fee for Non-Faulty Products
If you wish to return a non-faulty product that is unused and unopened, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. To return a non-faulty product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order details, and you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll refund the product's purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee.

Faulty products will be replaced with the same products only. If a gift or discount voucher was used for the original purchase, it will be refunded as store credit only.
